After graduating from Florida State University, Kayla joined NewDay without a finance background and quickly found mentors, meaningful connections, and opportunities to grow. After graduating from Florida State University, Gabriella joined NewDay without a finance background and quickly found a fun, welcoming environment. In just one year, she’s explored multiple career paths, starting as an AEA and growing through Operations in both Closing and Processing, while building strong friendships and a full social life. She credits NewDay and its West Palm Beach location for making the transition out of college feel natural, from walkable commutes to beach days and vibrant nightlife.

Sam graduated from Florida State University in 2020 and spent a few years building experience outside the industry before joining NewDay. Despite having no prior mortgage background, he quickly found a culture rooted in mentorship, growth, and teamwork. Today, Sam leads a team of driven young professionals, many fellow FSU grads—and takes pride in developing talent, serving Veteran families, and helping others build careers they’re proud of.
