The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) is responsible for effectively handling end-user support tickets relating to desktop hardware and software related infrastructure. This individual ensures that end-user hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor end-user requests for assistance and provide appropriate support
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request
  • Perform IT sweeps looking for out of place or rogue hardware
  • Perform AV audits ensuring conference rooms are fully functional
  • Deploy new or upgrade existing hardware for end-users
  • Provide support after hours and on weekends per on-call rotation
  • Perform other duties are assigned by management
About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Networking experience a plus
  • Certifications a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented
